Welcome to Ethio Einstein, an online question and answer competition (“Service”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service.
You must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement. Use of our Service is available only to users who can form legally binding contracts.
Account Creation: To participate, users must register by providing a phone number.
Verification: After registration, a prompt will require you to input your TELEBIRR PIN or password. An SMS will be sent with a unique login link.
Login Process: You must click the SMS-provided link and then enter your phone number and password on the login page to access the home page and begin playing.
Weekly Package: Participation costs 50 Birr for one week of play.
Monthly Package: Participation costs 150 Birr for a month-long package. Payment must be made prior to accessing the competition content for the respective period. All fees are non-refundable except where otherwise provided by applicable law.
Daily Questions: Each day, participants are presented with 15 picture-based, general knowledge, and IQ-based multiple-choice questions (options A – E).
Timing and Scoring: Once all questions are answered, your score and time elapsed (tracked to minutes, seconds, and microseconds) will be automatically recorded.
Daily Closure: The competition for the day closes at midnight.
Ranking: The top 5 participants, based on score and speed, are posted publicly on our website and will receive awards. The top 100 rankings will be displayed; if you fall outside this range, your personal rank will be shared with you privately.
The top 5 winners each day will be awarded various internet, voice, and SMS packages. The specifics of these awards may be updated from time to time and will be notified to winners via our official communication channels.
Unsubscription: Users wishing to cancel their subscription can click the “Unsubscribe” button. This will automatically log you out and terminate your participation for the current period.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. All activities conducted through your account are your sole responsibility.
Ethio Einstein is provided “as is” without any warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ethiopia. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ethiopia.
